Our counselling sessions are typically 45 minutes long (unless otherwise specified) and begin with an initial consultation. The background information provided in your first session will assist in the development of a unique and comprehensive treatment plan, utilizing various psychological therapeutic interventions. No previous counselling experience or knowledge is necessary to benefit from our services.

Where: Available at our Fort Erie, St. Catharines, and Mississauga locations. Services are available to residents in Ontario, Alberta, and Nova Scotia.
How: In-person, phone, and video appointments are available. Our administrative staff will confirm your preference before your first appointment.
Who: We provide counselling services to children (6 and up) through to adulthood for individuals and couples.
Price: Prices range from $75 to $225 per session depending on the staff member. Extended health benefits may cover a portion or all of your treatment. Please call for pricing inquiries.

We help children and adolescents experiencing social, cognitive, emotional, and behavioural difficulties that are interfering with their daily lives and/or development.
We'll individualize your child's/adolescent's treatment based on their understanding and engagement in counselling. As they age, our sessions aim to support their growing self-sufficiency and desire for independence which will be reflected in treatment strategies and goals.
We utilize a combination of expressive and externalization techniques and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to suit their needs. We also provide expertise to parents on the best approaches to support and manage their child’s/adolescent's psychological and behavioural challenges.
Through close collaboration and support from parents, we will help your child/adolescent on their unique journey to personal growth and success.
