We are often able to coordinate payment for services through MVA insurance, WSIB, Veterans Affairs, Native Affairs, and some private insurance companies. Extended health benefits may cover a portion or all of your treatment.
See below for more information on the different payment options available at our clinic.
We'll be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding insurance claims or uninsured payment options.
Psychological services are not covered by OHIP, but they are often partially or fully covered by extended health benefit plans.
Psychological services required as a result of a motor vehicle accident should be covered by your auto insurance. We bill your insurance provider directly, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you.
Have you been injured on the job? Skerrett Psychology is an approved WSIB service provider. We provide treatment services to assist in rehabilitation.
Have you served in the Canadian Armed Forces? Eligible clients will be entitled to as many as 25 sessions (up to one hour) per calendar year for mental health benefits.
Non-insured health benefits for First Nations and Inuit can be provided in person at one of our clinics, by phone, or online through our secure video.
