Many teens come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, confused, or stuck.
Adolescence can be a challenging time, with pressures from school, friendships, identity, and emotional changes, often all happening at once.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Whether you’re navigating something specific or just feeling generally overwhelmed, therapy can be adapted to meet you where you are - from short-term support to more ongoing, in-depth work.
Your first session is an opportunity to explore what brings your teen in, clarify goals, and begin identifying the areas they would like support with. From there, we develop a plan tailored to their needs, all within a compassionate and non-judgemental space.
We work to create a safe, supportive environment where teens feel comfortable expressing themselves at their own pace. Sessions may focus on building skills, processing experiences, and developing tools to navigate challenges.
We recognize that parents play an important role in supporting their teen. We work collaboratively, while also respecting your teen’s need for privacy and independence in therapy.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We take a holistic approach drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches to support the whole person, including thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships.
If you’re ready to take the next step, we’re here to support you and your teen.
